Overview
Bleeding diathesis is an unusual susceptibility to bleeding (hemorrhage) due to a defect in the system of coagulation. Several types are distinguished, ranging from mild to lethal.
Causes
Common Causes
- Anticoagulation therapy
- Hepatopathies
