Donate using an IRA
An IRA owner over 70 1/2 years of age can directly transfer tax free up to $100,000 per year to an eligible charitable organization. This is a new law and is a good way to donate to a good cause and avoid taxes on money the IRS would normally make you withdraw and pay taxes on. For more information, please see the following: [1]

Donate using a Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT)
CRTs and GRATs allow owners of property (buildings/land/equipment/etc.) and high net worth individuals to transfer assets to the WikiDoc foundation and provides significant reductions in the tax burden to heirs. Contact us for help with this kind of donation [3]
