This anteroposterior (AP) radiograph revealed bilateral pulmonary infiltrates throughout the entirety of each lung field in the case of a child with leukemia, as well as chickenpox pneumonia. The fact that this child had leukemia made him that much more susceptible to contracting a pneumonic infection as evidenced here.
