* May have abdominal pain, constipation, proptosis, periorbital ecchymoses, back pain, weakness, hypertension,  and subcutaneous nodules

* Fever, chills, night sweats, and abdominal pain
* Internal vascularity
* Hematuria, pallor, and weight loss
* Necrosis
* Calcification


* Elevated levels of catecholamines, dopamine, homovanillic acid, and vanillylmandelic acid (VMA)


* Small round blue cells
* Costovertebral tenderness
* Thin pink fibrous septa
* Homer-Wright rosettes
* Neuropil-like stroma




* Elevated WBC count
* Elevated ESR and CRP
* Well defined hypoechoic area within the corticomedullary parenchyma on U/S
* Well defined mass of low attenuation with a thick, irregular wall or pseudocapsule on CT
