* Large ,heterogenous ,lobulated mass located centrally within the kidney

* Individual lobules separated by intervening areas haemorrhage or necrosi
* Hematuria, pallor, and weight loss
* Liner calcification
* Subcapsular fluid accumulation


* Costovertebral tenderness

* Well defined hypoechoic area within the corticomedullary parenchyma on U/S
