* Marked erosion, expansion, and destruction of bone cortex
 
* Thick ridging around the periphery
* Well defined geographic lucent lesions on Xray
* “Soap bubble” appearance
* Sclerotic margin
* No periosteal reaction
* Thinning of the endosteum and pseudotrabeculation
 
* TP53 mutations
