* Well-defined, “punched-out” lytic lesions
* Lobules of hyaline cartilage
* Marked erosion, expansion, and destruction of bone cortex
* Surrounded by fibrous tissue and bone
* Thick ridging around the periphery
* Bony extension into the cartilage
* “Soap bubble” appearance
* Myxoid change, hypercellularity, and binucleation
* Calcification, endochondral ossification, and necrosis
