- Diffuse interstitial pulmonary fibrosis
- Spontaneous pneumothorax
- Children may also develop:
- Anemia caused by spreading of the tumors to the bone marrow
- Diabetes insipidus
- Lung problems that lead to lung failure
- Problems with the pituitary gland that lead to growth failure
