Overview
Ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of dysphagia. Findings on an ultrasound suggestive of dysphagia include observing the tongue, larynx, and hyoid-bone movements along hypertrophy of the muscular layer.

The ultrasound findings of dysphagia are as follows:[1]
