Physical Exam
- General findings in hypokalemia include:
- Skeletal muscle weakness
- Paralysis, paresthesias
- Constipation
- Abdominal pain
- Psychosis, delirium, or hallucinations
- Depression
- Decrease deep tendon reflexes
