After graduation, Dr. Djan worked as house officer at the department of Medicine and Surgery of Korle-bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana from May 2011 to May 2012. Immediately following that, he worked as a senior house officer in the department of Pediatrics and Obstetric and Gynecology at La General Hospital from June 2012 to May 2013.
