There are no specific physical examination findings associated with hepatocellular adenoma. Patients can present with right upper quadrant abdominal tenderness and guarding.

- There are no specific physical examination findings related to hepatocellular adenoma, but the right upper quadrant abdominal tenderness and guarding can be elicited in some patients secondary to bleeding within the hepatocellular adenoma.
