Overview
CT angiography may be helpful in the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease. Findings on CT scan suggestive of Kawasaki disease include small coronary artery dilatation, aneurysms or stenoses. Angiography is the most sensitive and specific for assessment of the vessels.
