Symptoms of pyogenic liver abscess include abdominal pain, right lower chest pain, fever, chills, night sweats, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, right shoulder pain, weight loss, diarrhea, dyspnea and yellowish discoloration of skin (jaundice).[1][2]
