Overview
There may be evidence of[1][2][3][4][5]:
- Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome (in 15% of children[6][7], not in adults[8])
- Bundle branch block (mostly in adults)
- Heart block (mostly in adults)
- Biventricular hypertrophy
- Large QRS voltages
- Diffuse T wave inversions
- Arrhythmias
Presentation in Children
Children may present with Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW) which may require ablation and or defibrillator implantation.
Presentation in Adults
In adults, the most common form of presentation is a bundle branch block or atrioventricular block.
