Background
ERASM stands for Easy Relaxed Approach with Smooth Movement. It is a technique used in stuttering therapy, and involves four components:
- Start easy and relaxed, with a soft voice.
- Stretch the first vowel.
- Raise volume.
- Maintain a regular speed of speech.
