  • VPB most common, Ventricular Tachycardia and Ventricular Fibrillation

    • Prolonged ischemia due to guiding catheter dampening
  • Bradyarrhythmias
    • Most often secondary to injections (cough, cough, cough…)
    • Vasovagal – treat with fluids and atropine
