Inspection
- 'a' wave in the JVP
Palpation
- Right ventricular heave.
- Systolic thrill may be present.
Auscultation
- Ejection click:
- Earlier the click, the more severe the stenosis.
- May be absent in Noonan's syndrome (Dysplastic valve).
- Decreases on inspiration
