- Irregular (or nodular) lesions below the skin surface
- Lesion with the appearance of a badly-healed wound
Possible locations of epithelioid sarcoma include the fingers, hands, forearm, feet, knees, legs, thighs, trunk, spine, penis, and female genitalia.
