Overview
Patients with atypical back pain should undergo an ECG to rule out or investigate life threatening causes of back pain such as thoracic aortic dissection, myocardial ischemia.
Electrocardiogram
- Patients with atypical back pain should undergo an ECG to rule out or investigate life threatening causes of back pain such as thoracic aortic dissection, myocardial ischemia.[1]
- Patients with Löffler's endocarditis could dyspnea and back pain. ECG could demonstrate ST-segment depression.[2]
