- Head tilt sign
- Increased head circumference
- Papilledema
- Strabismus
- Nystagmus
- “Setting-sun” eye phenomenon (up-gaze paresis with the eyes appearing driven downward) [3]
CNS
- Ataxia
- Motor weakness
- Facial sensory loss
- Third, fourth, and sixth cranial nerve palsies
