* Marked erosion, expansion, and destruction of bone cortex
* Islands of epithelial cells found in a fibrous stroma
* Thick ridging around the periphery
* Fibro-osseous component includes spindle cells
* “Soap bubble” appearance
* Epithelial component includes nests of basaloid cells
