Physical Examination
Physical examination of patients with Farmer's lung disease can be nonspecific.
They can have crepitations in both lung fields.

Vital Signs
- High-grade / low-grade fever
- Hyperthermia may be present
- Tachycardia
- Tachypnea[1]
