Overview
BCGosis is a rare granulomatous disease following intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guerin immunotherapy. Intravesical administration of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin is used in the treatment of superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
On Imaging, miliary pattern of pulmonary opacification is seen.
