Physical Examination

Heart

Inspection

• 'a' wave in the JVP

Palpation

• Right ventricular heave.
• Systolic thrill may be present.

Auscultation

• Ejection click:
  • Earlier the click, the more severe the stenosis.
  • May be absent in Noonan's syndrome (Dysplastic valve).
  • Decreases on inspiration
