Patients typically presents as one or more recurrent erythrocyanotic nodules or plaques on the calves.
Physical Examination
Extremities
Common site are the calves and the shins.
- Erythema
- Nodular lesion: The nodules may progress to form indurations, ulcerations, and scars
- Skin ulceration
- Panniculitis
