Common Symptoms
The symptoms of Kikuchi's are the following:
- Lymphadenopathy
- Drenching night sweats
- Fever
- Bone-joint pain
- Skin rash
- Loss of appetite
- Unexplained weight loss
- General weakness
- Fatigue
- Poor mental focus
Less Common Symptoms
Rarely hepatosplenomegaly and nervous system involvement resembling meningitis is seen.
