- Scleral icterus is often present
Neck
Cervical lymphadenopathy may be present.
Abdomen
- Hepatomegaly with right upper quadrant tenderness is often present
- Splenomegaly may be present
- Ascites
Neurologic
- Encephalopathy in case of decompensation
