WHO classifies Ependymoma into three grades based on pleomorphism, mitotic count, cellularity, vascular proliferation, invasion.
Classification
Grade I - Myxopapillary Ependymomas and Subependymomas
Grade II- Ependymoma
Grade III- Anaplastic Ependymoma
