Overview
Symptoms of urethral cancer include hematuria, urinary hesitancy, frequent urination, incontinence, swelling in the groin, and a lump or thickness in the perineum or penis.
History and Symptoms
There may be no symptoms in the early stages.
Most common symptoms of urethral cancer include:
- Trouble starting the flow of urine
- Weak or interrupted ("stop-and-go") flow of urine
- Frequent urination, especially at night
- Incontinence
Other symptoms may be caused by urethral cancer listed below:
- Discharge from the urethra
- A lump or thickness in the perineum or penis
- A painless lump or swelling in the groin
