Overview

Meningiomas are readily visualized with contrast CT attributed to the fact that meningiomas are extra axial and vascularized. Computed tomography (CT) scan: CT scans are often used to diagnose meningioma. It can confirm the location of the tumor and show other brain tissues. These are helpful for determining the stage of the cancer and in determining whether surgery is a good treatment option. Patient #1: 95 y/o female with a large intraventricular memingioma
