- Complete blood count with differential.
- Blood chemistry studies include:
- Serum alkaline phosphatase.
- With osteosarcoma, serum alkaline phosphatase is higher than normal in 45%–50% of people.[1]
- Lactate dehydrogenase.
- Serum alkaline phosphatase.
