Symptoms of B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia include generalised weakness and anemia, massive splenomegaly, weight loss and/or loss of appetite, thrombocytopenia and peripheral lymphadenopathy (minimal).

Symptoms

• Anemia
• Massive splenomegaly
• weight lossand/or loss of appetite
• Rapidly rising lymphocyte count
• Thrombocytopenia
• Peripheral lymphadenopathy (minimal)
