- Abdominal pain, constipation, abdominal distension
- Positive history of EBV or HIV infection
- Jaw or submaxillary swelling
- Erythema and ulceration of overlying skin
- Sheets of a monotonous lymphoid cells, basophilic cytoplasm, four small nucleoli.
- High proliferative and apoptotic activity

- CD19, CD20, CD22, CD79a +ve
