- Incidental finding , 50 yo male
- Asymptomatic
- May have hematuria and flank pain if ruptured
- Often unremarkable
- Variable shaped mass on U/S
- Thick irregular walls
- May contain soft tissues
- Absent posterior acoustic enhancement
- Vascularizations or septation present
