Stage I Ovarian Germ Cell Tumors Dysgerminomas Standard treatment options: Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with or without lymphangiography or computed tomography (CT). Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy followed by observation. Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with adjuvant radiation therapy or chemotherapy.
