Overview
There are no EKG findings associated with essential thrombocytosis. ET can cause vasomotor symptoms like atypical chest pain from microvascular occlusion.[1] The symptoms usually respond well to aspirin and should always be differentiated from a typical chest pain of myocardial infarction (MI)[1].
Electrocardiogram
