- Located at the tibial diaphysis
- Areas of lysis interspersed with areas of sclerosis
- Lack of periosteal reaction
- Biphasic tumor
- Islands of epithelial cells found in a fibrous stroma
- Fibro-osseous component includes spindle cells
- Epithelial component includes nests of basaloid cells
- p53 gene mutations
- CK14 +ve
- CK19 +ve
