- Intratumoral hemorrhage present
- Tumor extends into the subchondral plate
- Uniform and regular distribution of multinucleated giant cells and mononuclear stromal cells
- Hemorrhage, necrosis, and hemosiderin deposition
- Elevated mitotic figures
- Acid phosphatase +ve
- Alpha-1-antitrypsin +ve
