CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of splenic marginal zone lymphoma.

CT Abdomen

Massive enlargement of the spleen with slightly inhomogeneous parenchymal enhancement. Multiple enlarged lymph nodes around the coeliac trunk, the hepatoduodenal ligament and the inferior vena cava.^[1]
