Overview
Patients with adult T-cell leukemia usually appear lethargic and fatigued. Physical examination of patients with adult T-cell leukemia is usually remarkable for maculopapular rash, skin ulceration, and splenomegaly.[1][2]

- Leukemia cutis (infiltration of skin by leukemic cells)
