Mesothelioma must be differentiated from lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, restrictive cardiomyopathy, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.[1]

- Colorectal Cancer
- Peritoneal tuberculosis
- Restrictive cardiomyopathy
- Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- Other causes of heart failure
