Patients with trichomoniasis are usually well-appearing.
Genitourinary
- Strawberry cervix: petechial haemorrhages on the ectocervix, specific for trichomoniasis[1]
- Frothy, mucopurulent, yellow-green or gray vaginal discharge[2]
- Foul smelling (fishy odor)
- In males, there may be scanty, mucopurulent urethral discharge[3]
