- Painful inguinal and/or femoral lymphadenopathy, usually unilateral
- Iliac and/or perirectal lymphadenopathy in patients with rectal exposure
- Hemorrhagic proctocolitis
- Lower abdominal pain or low-back pain[1]
Tertiary LGV
- Lymphatic and rectal fibrosis
- Lymphorroids (hemorrhoid-like swellings of lymphatics)
- Chronic edema
- Genital elephantiasis
- Esthiomene (chronic ulcerative disease of vulva)
- Frozen pelvis syndrome[2]
- Tenesmus
- Bloody purulent rectal discharge
