- Nasal congestion and blockage
- Facial pain and pressure
- Ear pressure or fullness
- Nasal discharge, which may be purulent
- Decreased or absent sense of smell
- Headache
- Cough
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Bad breath
- Maxillary tooth pain
