Overview
According to AHA/ASA, brain neuroimaging is indicated in all patients having TIA or minor stroke within 24 hours of symptom onset. CT may be indicated in patients who are unable to get an MRI to rule out infarction and other conditions which may mimic TIA.[1][2]
