 ===Appearance of the patient===
-Patient is usually an infant within the ages of 6 to 12 months who has a sudden onset of high fever 40ºC (104ºF) that lasted for a couple of days followed by the appearance of a generalized body rash.
+Depending on the time of presentation, patient may be in distress or not.
 ===Vital signs===
