Overview
The primary mode of treatment for psoriasis is medical therapy. Tonsillectomy may be used as a treatment for psoriasis in some cases.

Tonsillectomy can be an effective treatment for palmoplantar pustulosis, plaque psoriasis, and guttate psoriasis.[1]
