Appearance of the patients
- Patients with hypogonadism usually appear tired and in bad mood.[1][2]
- In adults, general appearance shows abscent of secondary sexual characteristics. In males no beards and in females no breast development.
Skin
- In males:
- Pubic hair loss is observed.
- No beard hair.
- In female:
- No axillary hair
Genitourinary
- In males:
- Small testicular size
- Congenital signs may be found like hypospadius.
- In females:
- Dry vagina
