Patients with hypogonadism usually appear tired and in bad mood.^[1]^[2]
In adults, general appearance shows abscent of secondary sexual characteristics. In males no beards and in females no breast development.

In males:
- Small testicular size
- Congenital signs may be found like hypospadius.
In females:
- Dry vagina
