Key MRI Findings for Diabetic Ketoacidosis
MRI may show the following findings in case of development of vasogenic cerebral edema in diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA):
- Hyperattenuating signal on T2 FLAIR MRI
- No restricted diffusion in case of vasogenic edema
